Dinner tonight was sloppy joe potatoes
needed:
1 lb ground turkey
1 can tomato sauce
1 pkg sloppy joe seasoning
1/2 zucchini grated
2 scallions diced
1/2 c shredded carrots
1 baking potato per person
spray a saute pan with canola oil cooking spray saute zucchini, carrots & scallions for about 5 minutes over high heat add meat, cook til no longer pink. add sloppy joe seasoning, tomato sauce reduce heat simmer about 10 minutes
at the same time microwave potatoes
serve hot yummy
