Workout move of the week: triceps kick back on the ball

It's Monday, and back to reality. After 2 weeks of vacation, it's back to work and working out. I did keep up with exercising on vacation, so fortunately the weight gain was at a minimum.
I knew I was going to: lots of pasta, pizza and pastries we don't have in the Dakotas.
Today, I start over.
I have a rocking playlist that feature my favorite hair metal that reminds me o going down the shore when I was younger (lots of jersey bands like non Jovi & Trixter). I'm ready to hop on the treadmill and do some sassy moves to regain my rocking bod.
All in due time.
On vacation I noticed that the bat wings I thought I was on the way to eradicating are back. For those unfamiliar, bat wings are the under arm jiggle from your triceps area. It's a huge source of complaint for many women.
The triceps kick back on the ball is a great place to start. To do it you need a weight and a stability ball. Bend over and put on hand on the ball, holding the weight in the other hand. Extend the weight behind you, repeat 2 sets of 12, then switch.
