Women of God can never be like women of the world. The world has enough women who are tough; we need women who are tender. There are enough women who are coarse; we need women who are kind. There are enough women who are rude; we need women who are refined. We have enough women of fame and fortune; we need more women of faith. We have enough greed; we need more goodness. We have enough vanity; we need more virtue. We have enough popularity; we need more purity. Margaret D. Nadauld

Cauliflower crust pizza
I saw a recipe on Pinterest for cauliflower crust pizza which intrigued me. I am always looking for new ways to add vegetables to our lives, and this crust was a great way to do so. I cleaned out the fridge to make way for thanksgiving goodies, and wanted to use up what was in there. 1 head cauliflower, steamed 1/2 sweet potato, baked 1 tsp sea salt 1/2 c vegetable broth Preheat oven to 400. Purée cauliflower & sweet potato with broth. Season with salt. Press into a deep dish pizza or pie pan. Bake for 20 minutes until slightly brown. I topped it with carmelized onions, Yves vegan pepperoni, Daiya cheese and Alfredo sauce. To make the Alfredo 2 c soy milk 1 tbsp flour 1 tsp garlic 1 tbsp vegan Parmesan cheese Heat the soy milk over low heat. Stir in flour gradually. Keep whisking as sauce begins to thicken. Prior to using stir in garlic & cheese
