Pork tostados
2 c shredded pork
tostados
1 c taco sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 c cooked rice
1 c corn
Heat pork, taco seasoning & taco sauce together. Serve in tostado shells, top with favorite taco toppings. Round out the meal with rice and corn.
For dessert: Mexican chocolate pudding
