Sunday-lentil and bulgar pilaf, salad
Monday-mock chicken parmesan, broccoli, baked polenta, fruit salad
Tuesday-shirtiaki noodles with lemon, asparagus and artichoke, lemon cakes
Wednesday-butternut squash soup, bread, fruit
Thursday-chickpea dal, basmati rice, spinach, mango lassis
Friday-pasta fagioli and homemade pizza, antipasto salad, poached pears
Saturday brunch-asparagus quiche, tossed salad
