Workout move of the week: 1 legged bridge

Bridges are a great move to work on hamstring and glute strength. One great variation is the one legged bridge.
Super easy-and gives great results!
Lay on your back and do a bridge. Lift one leg up, as high as you can. Raise your butt up and lower down, do 2 sets of 12 each side.
