Silent Lucidity

I'm still reeling from the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, CT on Friday. As a mom, I could not even imagine the grief and pain those families must be feeling. Instead of planning holiday festivities, they are planning funerals. Cariann from Oh Sweet Basil was the catalyst behind silent Monday. Tomorrow, the Mommydom Chronicles will be silent, as we remember and honor the innocents slaughtered and the teachers and administrators who sacrificed their lives to save others.
