Winter is still lingering in South Dakota, much to my chagrin. Last week's ice storm cabin fever has now morphed into an incredible cold, since I've managed to avoid being sick all winter. I'm hoping for SPRING and warmer temperatures (unfortunately we have more snow predicted for this Wednesday). With this week's menu, I'm reflecting the weather map (all over the place)
