Every year at this time, I'd start making out my goals/resolutions/invitations to failure based on what I ate during the holiday season.
Not this year.
I do have goals for 2015. I choose 1 little word for my year. This go round I've chosen simplicity. Part of that is simplifying everything.
In 2015, I plan to:
~eat food that I love. I won't be consumed with macros, calories, ketos or anything that I need a calculator to figure out.
~focus on "slow food". Hitting the drive through and eating in my car is not pleasant. I've ruined more shirts from stains due to eating. & driving. I'm tired of the heartburn too. I miss the process of cooking too
~enjoy more movement. I will workout, doing things I enjoy like lifting stuff and swimming and dance. I won't subject myself to things I despise like cross fit type activities because it's not me.
~rest. I will stop packing my schedule with activities because they keep me from enjoying the previous 3.
