Since I broke my leg a few years ago, I've had foot problems. Wearing a boot for a long time changed my stride, and my left foot pronates more. In other words, I walk funny.
As a result, I get all sorts of weird calluses and my feet hurt.
A friend of mine suggested soaking in a mustard bath.
Like...as in what I put on a hot dog?
Well, sort of.
You need powdered mustard, from the spice aisle, hot water and a bit of Epsom salts.
Soak for 15 minutes, then Moisturize.
I didn't think it would work, but foot pain was gone, feet looked great and I had more energy.
