I've had fits and starts over the last few years, but nothing really has stuck.
I won't lie, I love working out. It's just my schedule has been jam packed for the last several years and I don't get to the gym as much I could or should.
I'm ahem middle aged now, and I'm in crisis mode. I'm starting to deal with the effects of not living my best life when I was younger. I can't turn back time.
