What encouraged me to try them was a workout published in Shape magazine a few years ago. I've been back and forth and I finally bit the bullet and I am in deep like.
The windmill is an interesting move, because it targets different muscles and really works your sides, abs and shoulders.
Its pretty basic:
1. stand with the kettleball in one hand above your head-arm extended
2. with other hand, reach over and touch your toes.
3. switch sides; aim for 3 sets of 15 reps on each side. (I am up to 1 set of reps...)
