Friday Reads Christmas Edition

Reading ElfBoth my son and I are avid readers and love all things Christmas. From the time he was little, we would read holiday stories together. As he's gotten older, he's reading on his own, but we still love reading our Christmas books together. How the Grinch Stole Christmas
How the Grinch Stole Christmas is a timeless classic and one of our favorites.
My son loved the David books when he was younger, and we still love the Christmas edition.

The Snowy Day is another classic that we love reading together.

We love the Bad Kitty books! There's enough adult humor to keep parents entertained, and a hilarious story of Bad Kitty, the original grumpy cat. Grumpy cat
Since we have a dog and cat, our holiday reading is equally balanced. I loved Marley & Me, and was so excited when a kids version came out. Even better, there's a Christmas edition! Marley has even more crazy adventures at the holidays.
It wouldn't be Christmas Eve in our house without church, making cookies for Santa, reindeer food being sprinkled on the lawn, checking out the candy cane lanes, hot cocoa
And reading 'twas the Night Before Christmas as a family. I love the snuggles, because I know that as that won't last forever.
And a merry Christmas to all, and to all a great book!
