I know oatmeal is good for me, but it can get boring after a while. I struggle with making it taste better, and therefore helping me eat it. The other day I tried this and bam! Oatmeal was exciting!
1/3 c whole grain instant oatmeal
1/2 c almond milk
1/3 c cherries (I used frozen)
1 tsp chocolate soy protein powder
1 tsp chia seeds
Mix oatmeal, protein powder & chia seeds together. Add milk & cherries, microwave 90 seconds. Eat & enjoy!
