The Guacamole Song

One of my all time favorite foods is guacamole. I could eat it by the gallon. The creamy texture of the avocado mixed with spicy pico de gallo, it's like heaven in my mouth. The problem? 
It's a bit on the fattening side.
Or is it?
I slimmed down my guac to shave off calories but keeping the flavor.
Don't believe me? Try it at home.

1/2 avocado, diced
2 tomatillos diced
2 grape tomatoes, chopped
1 green onion chopped
1 jalapeƱo diced
Dashes of lime juice
Handful of cilantro, torn

Assemble the pico (everything but the avocado). Refrigerate 30 minutes to let the flavored combine. Mash the avocado with a splash of lime juice. Stir in pico. Serve with chips, top a burrito or whatever you choose.
