Flowers in your hair

I love kombucha. It's my favorite beverage and has allowed me to kick my coke (a cola) habit for good. It's fizzy, so I get my carbonation fix, and since it's full of healthy probiotics, it's good for me too.

I love experimenting with different flavors. Plain kombucha is good, but flavored is even better.

Tonight, I hit the jackpot: hibiscus elderberry.

It's not only pretty, but it's delicious too.

You need
16 oz kombucha
1 tsp elderberries
1 tsp hibiscus flowers

Pour into a bottle. Let ferment for at least 48 hours. To serve, strain into a glass.
Drink & enjoy
