Too fast for love

I am an admitted social media junkie. I spend way too much time on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. In fact, sometimes I think I know more about my online friends families than my own. It's a great way to numb out for me, after a long day of work. There's nothing inherently wrong with social media. In fact, for someone like me who lives 1300 miles from the majority of friends & family, it's a blessing.

But....too much of a good thing is still too much.

In order to scale back, I'm declaring Sundays a social media sabbath. No live tweeting the sermon. No instgramming coffee hour treats. No Facebook sharing. 

The definition of a sabbath is: a day of religious observance and abstinence from work
