Start with two coats of white polish. I used China Glaze.
Then, top with two coats of gold glitter. I love Opi's auld langsayne.
Add a clear top coat and go for the gold!

Twinkling Lights (Manicure Monday)
For Christmas Eve, I did my nails quite festively. 
I started with 2 coats of red.
I used the glitter polish on the tips like a French manicure.
Easy peasy. 
Now I'm sipping mint tea, waiting for them to dry before church tonight!

Candy corn nails
I love doing funky manicures especially seasonal ones. Right now I am sporting candy corn nails. I saw it on Pinterest and fell in love.
In order to do it, you need white, yellow & orange nailpolish.
Start by making a stripe of white by your nail bed. Let dry.
Next, paint a stripe of yellow, let dry.
Finish up with a stripe of orange.
Voila! Candy corn nails!
