One of my favorite spa like indulgences is soaking in the tub.
I love all sorts of spa goodies and services. I am, however, frugal and refuse to spend the money if I can make it at home. One item happens to be an oatmeal scrub. It helps soften tough skin and “polish” it. If you went to buy one, they are an average of $18 for a jar, to make one at home…about $2 for a big container
Ingredients:
1 c oatmeal
½ c mineral oil
½ c baking soda
2 tbsp essential oil (optional)
Mix oatmeal, baking soda and oils together. Store in an air tight container
Women of God can never be like women of the world. The world has enough women who are tough; we need women who are tender. There are enough women who are coarse; we need women who are kind. There are enough women who are rude; we need women who are refined. We have enough women of fame and fortune; we need more women of faith. We have enough greed; we need more goodness. We have enough vanity; we need more virtue. We have enough popularity; we need more purity. Margaret D. Nadauld
