A Brunch Feast

We are having a brunch feast today. Sundays can be a special day in our house-and my family is always special to me!

Fruit Salad-way too easy-open a can of fruit salad in light syrup and put in a pretty bowl

Sunshine punch-1 can of orange juice concentrate, thawed. 1 can of lemondade (regular or pink) thawed. Mix together with water and serve.If you want to get very fancy, serve with a mint sprig

Over night French toast

6 eggs
8-10 slices bread
1 c sugar or splenda
2 tsps cinnamon
1 c milk

grease a baking dish, layer bread. Mix together other ingredients. Pour over bread. Put in fridge overnight. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
