and it ends in a flurry of wrapping paper being tossed around like a tornado. 5 minutes of gift opening leads to a day of trying out new toys and games, and with the snowfall we've had here, hanging out indoors.
Right now the boys are playing Hot Wheels on Wii, and I am cooking Christmas dinner. We are having lasagna, antipasto salad, Italian stir fry and garlic bread. I can't wait to eat, because as I write this my mouth is watering...
Antipasto Salad
spring mix
artichoke hearts
croutons
Dressing
Olive oil
balsamic vinegar
Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic minced
dash red pepper flakes
Mix salad ingredients together. Make dressing, pour on salad prior to serving

stir fry vegetables

saute garlic in olive oil, add vegetables stir fry until done
