Seafood delight

1 c barley, cooked
1 c napa cabbage, chopped
1 tsp coconut oil
2 scallions, diced
1/2 c krab pieces
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 c shitaki mushrooms, diced
Handful peanuts

Sauté the scallions & cabbage in coconut oil, add mushrooms. Add in flax and krab heat through. Add barley and peanuts, serve hot.
