A link to this article popped up in my twitter feed this morning. It made me think: do I have a wellness plan for myself?
What should I include?
I need to learn to say no. No, no, no. I can't take on anything new. I need to not feel guilty or pressured into something I dont want to do. If it doesn't enhance my life, it's a big fat NO.
Exercise is very important to me. I need to make it a priority in my life. I feel better when I work out. I feel stronger in both body and mind.
Spiritual discipline is also very important.
Eating healthy.
Sleep.
Finding my peace.
Searching for wellness.
