Couscous spinach & pine nuts

1 c Israeli couscous, cooked
2 c spinach blanched
2 tbsp pine nuts
3 garlic cloves sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 c vegetable broth
1/3 c dried cranberry

Sauté garlic in olive oil, add pine nuts. Add spinach, couscous, broth & cranberries, heat through.
