4 large apples, like gala or fuji
1 c heavy cream
1 tbsp all spice
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 400. Core apples and slice bottoms so they stand upright. Mix spices, cream, butter and sugar together. Pour into cored apples. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes
