As I recover from surgery, I'm limited in what I can cook. Right now I'm not able to lift anything heavy, so boiling water in a big pot or casseroles in the oven are out of the question.
However, sautéed things are not out of the question. I needed a quick, easy dinner. This hit the spot.
1 lb ground beef
1/3 c BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Mrs dash
1/3 c onion diced
1/3 c pepper diced
Sauté onions and peppers. Add ground beef, cook until brown. Stir in BBQ sauce and seasoning. Serve over rice/noodles/biscuits
