Tonight's culinary adventure: I was up way past my bedtime at Garth Brooks last night, & I coached our 1st bowling practice of the season today. Cooking was the last thing on my mind. Threw together broccoli slaw, #gardien not fish, tots from @coopnaturalfoods, baked beans & roasted broccoli for a quick filling #vegan dinner. #mybodyisatemple #whoneedsmeat
