I took Monday off and spent the day with the little man. It was a glorious March day-almost spring like. We went out the door and he announced to me "Mommy! Spring is here!"
We went out to lunch with my mother at Perkins. Little Man used his manners and even ordered his own meal (huge accomplishment) The grilled cheese got demolished and he was full. After that we went to the park. It was the perfect park day-almost no wind, sunny and warm. Just absolutely wonderful. He played with other kids and had a blast. There is one slide that he did not want to go down for like forever. Now he can't get enough of it. I love that fearless side of him, but I worry at the same time. I am still not completely used to all this boy stuff.
It was such a wonderful day. I didn't want it to end.
