Women of God can never be like women of the world. The world has enough women who are tough; we need women who are tender. There are enough women who are coarse; we need women who are kind. There are enough women who are rude; we need women who are refined. We have enough women of fame and fortune; we need more women of faith. We have enough greed; we need more goodness. We have enough vanity; we need more virtue. We have enough popularity; we need more purity. Margaret D. Nadauld

Menu Monday
This is the day of the week that I try to figure out what my family will eat for the week.
Tonight is chili, elbows, corn bread & brownies.
Tomorrow is leftover chicken casserole (its the leftover tikka masala with rice & veggies) or Alfredo chicken and leftover brownies.
Wednesday is breakfast for dinner and fruit salad.
Thursday is pork fried rice with veggies and Orange jello fluff.
Friday will be Morocco chicken & couscous and grilled fruit.
then when I go shopping I can think about next week's healthier selections.
My next goal is to eat better at lunch time, and to feed all of us better.
