I started doing yoga at lunchtime on Wednesdays. Its a restorative yoga class, and I am in love.
One of the asanas that I don't do very often is the crescent pose. Its not that I don't like it, its just one that never figured into my daily practice. Its a terrific stretch for your upper back and I do feel so much better when I do it, its just not in the daily
However, class on Wednesday changed that. We spent a lot of time in crescent. More time than I ever had previously.
And I am starting the beginnings of a wonderful relationship with it.
