Meatless Monday: Calzones

For Meatless Monday, we had calzones.
For the uniniated, a calzone is basically a pizza, folded inward. Its yummy, scrumptious, incredibly filling, and generally not available in South Dakota.

1 refrigerated pie crust or pizza dough
2 c ricotta cheese or 1 box silken tofu
1 tsp garlic
1 c mozzerella cheese
1/2 sauce (have more heated for dipping)

preheat oven to 375. roll out crust, mix together cheeses and sauce. put in the middle of the dough, and roll up. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve hot, with sauce for dipping.
