Asana of the week: Downward Dog

I am very excited-I am going to a yoga class at lunch time today (http://eastbankyoga.com/). As many folks have guessed by now, I love yoga. Its my sanity in a quite insane world.
Whenever I feel my stress level gets to the max, I find downward dog grounds me completely. How can you be stressed out when you are in an inverted V?
