Salsa Verdi

I love pasta, but I am not a big fan of tomato sauce. As a result, make up a variety of pasta toppers. This was last night's:

1 c green beans
1 c spinach
3-4 garlic cloves sliced
1 c cherries, pitted
2 tbsp olive oil
Dash crushed red pepper

Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add green beans, Spinach & cherries sauté till crisp. Add red pepper, serve over pasta
