I have had a bit of insomnia again. It comes & goes, And despite several sleep studies, no one can tell me why. It just happens. Last night, another bout, so I tossed & turned for a few hours, then got up when the alarm went off.
I wish I could claim to be super productive, but I've got limits. I am boiling lentils & rice for my lunch, and I did manage to do 2 loads of laundry and tidy up the kitchen. I got in a quick yoga practice too, but don't feel like I accomplished much with it.
Sleep hangover.
Thinking about my plans for the week. Youth group, Wednesday school, Sunday school and Children's chapel all start this week.
I go kayaking tomorrow night.
I have a couple of freelance articles to write.
I need to find a lion costume for the puppy for a night in narnia next Saturday evening.
A house to clean.
A family to love.
