1 salmon fillet
1 c fingerling potatoes
2-3 stems of fresh dill
1 c plain yogurt
4-5 slices lemon
Zest of ½ lemon
1 c haricots verts, trimmed and washed
Steam both potatoes and haricots verts till done. Place salmon on a square of aluminum foil. Add dill and lemon slices. Wrap tightly. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400. Whilst salmon is cooking, mix yogurt with lemon zest. Serve as a sauce on the side

I wish you had a photo. I would love to feature this at Let's Do Brunch. I made a similar dilly salmon, last week. It was delicious so I am sure yours is too.
