Waldorf Salad

1 package broccoli slaw mix
1 c mayo
½ balsamic vinegar
½ c stevia or agave nectar
2 c apples, diced
1 c raisins
1 c chopped dates
1 c walnuts

Mix mayo, vinegar and sweetner together. In a separate bowl, mix broccoli slaw and fruit. Pour dressing over and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let flavors
