10 apples quartered
¾ organic cane sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cloves
Water
Put the apples in a stockpot, cover with water. Add other ingredients. Boil uncovered 1 hour. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for additional 2 hours. Strain. Discard solids. Strain again. Pour into a bottle, keep refrigerated.
