Pink silver mani

I love the look of French manicures. They are classic, timeless and elegant. However, they can be a little blah sometimes. Every do often, I like to jazz mine up. This one is perfect to cast off winter blues, as well as getting you ready for cupid's arrow.

I used a pale pink Opi as my base. I put on two coats.

For the tips, I used a silver Opi and did it free hand.

To finish, I put on two coats of top coat

All that glitters...

It seems as if glittering manicures are all the rage.I Iove funky nails, but I can't quite commit to a full on glitter manicure. There's something too teeny bopper about it for me, although as the summer wears on I may change my mind!
For Easter, I decided to try a quasi-glitter manicure.
I chose a hot pink and a glitter top coat.
I painted my nails with the hot pink.
On my ring fingers, I added two coats of glitter top coat.
Its a starting commitment to glitter nails. I think I like it!
