dinner of the day

Stir fry chicken
2 chicken breasts chopped
Teriyaki sauce
Scallions chopped fine
Sliced carrots

Heat a wok or skillet add 1 tbsp of oil. Add scallions and carrots cook for several minutes add chicken & teriyaki sauce cook until chicken is no longer pink

Serve over brown rice with

Spicy veggies
1 pkg frozen asparagus stir fry vegetables
3 cloves garlic sliced
Mongolian fire oil

Heat garlic in a pan sprayed with pam. Add fire oil & veggies. For extra crunch top with cashews or peanuts
