I am a close personal friend of Ben & Jerry's. When I was single, I had a standing date with them, and Blockbuster, and would enjoy myself with a movie and a pint. I've tried them all in my lifetime it seems, and I do have my personal favorites: Cherry Garcia, NY Fudge Brownie and Chunky Monkey.
This weekend, I am going to try something new, inspired by my favorite Ben & Jerry's flavor:
Chunky Monkey Waffles
you will need:
Waffle mix and the supplies to make waffles
1 banana, mashed
1/2 c chocolate chips
and a well greased waffle iron
Make the waffles, and add the banana and chocolate chips. Simple, delish and indulgent.
I'm sure the Big Man will post a review. (hint hint)
