I was watching tv this morning, and an ad for the nook popped up, featuring one of my favorite songs-off one of my favorite albums and is the title of this blog post.
I've had some issues lately regarding regulating my hormones. Imagine PMS 24/7. That's what I've been going through and its not really pleasant. I have opted off hrt, because it wasn't working for me. I still had all the symptoms, they were just dialed down.
So I am going to do homeopathic & see how that works out. Hopefully for both myself and mSearch Amazon.com for menopause supplements
