Truth, part 2


A continuation of yesterday's post...truth, justice & my way.

5. Be your own personal stylist. I've learned planning my outfits for the week over the weekend for the week, it.frees me up mentally & time wise in the mornings.

6. Plan plan plan. I plan meals, and my life. It helps me keep my sanity. 

7. Create a happy list & use it.

8. Follow your bliss at least once daily.
