Raisin Pudding

4 oz butter
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs beaten
2 tbsp milk
1/2 c raisins (or other dried fruit)

Butter a microwave safe mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, butter & baking powder.
Stir in sugar and fruit.
Add eggs & milk to make a batter
Pour into greased bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap
Microwave 4-5 minutes

Serve with cream sauce
